Business Link - Approved supplier status 2008
In October 2008, after successfully completing the Approved Supplier selection process, Integrated fm were awarded the Approved Supplier status by West Midlands Business Link.
PFM Awards 2007
Integrated fm has frequently won through to the finals of the PFM Awards, most recently in the Mitie Innovation Award 2007 in partnership with Acuity. Featuring the innovation behind our Strategic Reporting module, the partnership was highly praised by the judges.

Integrated fm’s involvement with Midlands Excellence has led to us having a regular presence in the Excellence Awards. In 2005 we excelled ourselves by winning through to three categories; Equality in the workplace, Main awards – small business category and Most Improved Organisation.

Integrated fm’s commitment to partnering with clients and delivering a tailored solution backed by smooth and detailed implementation is clearly exemplified by our work with Sage at the company’s Great Park campus. These achievements were recognised in the PFM Awards 2005.
BIFM Awards 2005
For many years Integrated fm has invested in education for the FM sector through a number of different mechanisms. Managing director Steve Dingley is well known for his informative magazine articles and won through to the final of the Best Article in FM Journalism in the BIFM Awards 2005.
PFM Award winners 2003
Many of Integrated fm’s innovations result from listening to users and working in partnership with them. Our development of remote hosted Sofware as a Service solutions and our current market-leading position owe much of their success to a close relationship with FM provider Coflex and our work together to develop these solutions. The strength of that partnership was recognised in the PFM Awards 2003.
Midlands Excellence award winners 2002
A major benefit to our clients of our involvement in the Midlands Excellence programme is the continuous measurement of performance and the ongoing improvements that we introduce. In 2002 our efforts in this arena were rewarded by winning the Most Improved Business category in the Midlands Excellence Awards, less than 2 years after implementing the programme.
