Helpdesk software from Integrated fm’s fm facts range is helping Microsoft improve levels of service to internal customers, as well as enabling tighter control of planned and reactive maintenance. The system covers the Microsoft Campus at Reading, as well as other Microsoft offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Chertsey.

Introduction of Integrated fm’s Helpdesk, Resource Booking and Visitor Management software at the new headquarters of Sage (UK) Ltd has enabled the FM department to improve levels of customer service, measure performance more accurately
and to provide more precise financial management.
Birmingham Primary Care Shared Services
With a view to increasing efficiency and improving service to internal customers, Birmingham Primary Care Shared Services Agency (BPCSSA) has implemented intranet functionality on its fm facts Helpdesk system. In addition, the Trust has recently implemented Integrated fm’s new Property Management module to assist with managing the complexities of the estate.
Gwent Healthcare NHS
The trust uses six fm facts modules on a daily basis – Helpdesk, Asset Management (preventative maintenance), Communications, Stock Control, Survey Management and Resource Booking. The helpdesk takes around 1500 calls per week; they issue between 250 and 300 asset-related tasks each week and have over 3500 assets stored in the Asset Management module. The Resource Booking module facilitates approximately 24 rooms across three main sites, both Helpdesk and Resource Booking is accessible across Gwent Healthcare internal intranet. In addition, the Survey Manager module was initially purchased to survey their patients thoughts on the catering provided by the trust. This proved very successful and they are now in the process of implementing a survey for their customer management centre.
