The smart Performance Manager is an online application that enables users to manage the delivery of services to their customer in a way that is completely transparent and auditable.

The application comprises a suite of technologies that enables on-line collaborative contract document authoring, performance database management, and performance measurement by a geographically dispersed team. The on-line performance measurement can take place via browser based, on-line forms or via a WAP enabled mobile phone.
