using the mobile phone network but, rather than PDA, it uses a
digital pen and digital paper.
Using your existing forms printed onto special digital
paper, the user completes the form using a digital pen. As
the pen writes onto the paper it also captures the information
in digital format and transfers via a wireless Bluetooth link or docking station.

- Automatically populates the fm facts helpdesk system with the relevant data from the digital form
- Authoring and approval information, such as ‘sign off’ signature, is retained and held against the appropriate record. The digital paper form can be retained for filing purposes
