Our focus is on providing excellent client service and supporting our clients through project implementation and thereafter.  Client queries are dealt with via telephone and email, in addition our Account Managers are trained to answer functional and semi technical questions.  To support our approach and ensure we consistently deliver to client expectations we monitor our performance and share our internal targets and performance with our clients.

Our on line reports service provides access to client specific information and includes:

  • Drill down functionality from top level information to specific notes on each call
  • Latest support news including an update relating to our hosted service
  • Useful software tips and tricks relating to the fm facts product and general technology
