Workspace fm provides a suite of computer aided design (CAD) software solutions with integral facilities management capabilities (CAFM). Integrated fm is the UK supplier of these solutions, providing specialist knowledge for facilities managers and providing ongoing support, consultancy and development.

The suite provides an ideal range of CAD tools for facilities managers that helps them drive operating expenses down, optimise the use of space and maximise asset productivity.


Departments can share information via the intranet/internet functionality to create a more efficient working environment. This delivers greater visibility and variable access from directors and managers to users.


Solutions are available via Integrated fm's ASP (Application Service Provider) solution. ASP is a method of outsourcing facilities management applications via a PC, web browser and an Internet connection.
